Measured wind data at hub height, over a usable period - not a wind atlas estimate. The turbulence class, which determines which turbine class is even permissible. Air density at the site altitude and temperature, which changes output. Extreme gust expectations for the survival rating. Grid connection point, capacity and fault level for anything utility-scale. Without those, a yield figure is a number with no evidence behind it, and a technical evaluation panel will treat it that way.

Utility-scale projects in the countries with real resource and the grid to take it - Kenya's Rift Valley corridor, Morocco's Atlantic coast, South Africa's Cape, Egypt's Gulf of Suez, and in South America the Patagonian and north-eastern Brazilian corridors. For large utility turbines the established European, American and Chinese majors have the track record and the warranty depth that a utility tender requires, and we will tell a buyer so. Where we are genuinely competitive is in small and medium turbines, hybrid system components, towers and structures, and the balance-of-plant equipment around a project.

We are the manufacturer: Wind Energy Equipment produced at volume in our Chinese plants and exported against tender in Kenya, Morocco, Egypt, South Africa, Ethiopia and Senegal, and in Brazil, Chile and Argentina. Paperwork and inspection for wind equipment suppliers and exporters is handled from our Dubai office.
