Questions buyers ask us first

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are manufacturers and direct suppliers from China. The specification, the price and the lead time come from the factory rather than through a trading desk, and a change to a design is agreed with the people who will build it.
Can equipment be built to our own specification?
Yes. Bulk, OEM and turnkey supply are all standard for us. Send drawings, a parts list, or simply the capacity and duty cycle you need to hit, and we will come back with a technical sheet and a written quotation before anything is committed.
What do you need from us in order to quote?
The technical schedule rather than a product list, where you have one. Failing that: capacity and duty cycle, the voltage, phase and frequency at the site, the standards or certification the destination requires, and the quantity. Where we cannot meet a clause we will say so before you build a bid around us.
How quickly do you come back with a quotation?
We work to a twenty-four hour turnaround on quotations. A catalogue item is usually quicker than that; a turnkey plant or anything drawn to your own specification takes longer, and we will tell you when to expect it rather than leaving it open.
Which countries do you export to?
We supply across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the Americas. Export documentation, certificates of origin, incoterms and pre-shipment inspection are prepared from our Dubai office and handled with the order.
Do you supply against government tenders?
Yes. Government tenders, public-sector framework contracts and donor-funded procurement are a large part of what we do. Because we are the manufacturer rather than a reseller, the price on a large award comes without a trading margin stacked on top of it, and the bid documentation a public tender asks for is prepared here.
Is the equipment tested before it ships?
Every machine, tool and piece of equipment is tested against the applicable national and international standards before dispatch. We ship calibrated and verified equipment, not equipment that will be calibrated after it arrives.
Do you handle installation and commissioning?
For project and tender supply, yes. Our managers and technicians carry out installation, testing and commissioning on your site, so the equipment is running and verified before we leave. Straightforward supply orders ship ready to install, with spares and consumables quoted alongside the machine.
