Funding is often a development credit or a bilateral line, which brings the funder's own procurement rules, disbursement schedule and documentation requirements. We prepare to that standard: itemised invoices matched to the contract schedule, inspection certificates, and delivery evidence in the form the funder's disbursement unit will accept.

Not every workshop needs the specification a tender asks for.
