For protective items it asks for a test standard and the certificate to go with it. We quote against that document, we tell you plainly which clauses we meet and which we do not, and we do not claim an approval we cannot evidence.

Defence and policing procurement across both regions is substantial and recurring: uniform and boot replacement cycles, peacekeeping contingent equipping, border and customs services, presidential guard and ceremonial units, prison services, and the disaster-response arms of the armed forces. Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Algeria, Angola, Ghana and Ethiopia all run regular open or restricted cycles; Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador and Bolivia likewise. Several require a locally registered bidder, which is why we work with in-country agents and distributors rather than bidding over their heads.

A force equipping 20,000 personnel needs one quality across 20,000 units, not a good sample and a disappointing delivery. Manufacturing in China at that scale is what makes the unit price work and what lets us hold shade and sizing consistent across a long production run. Pre-shipment inspection happens at the factory before loading, and the bid documentation, certificates of origin and export paperwork are prepared from our Dubai office.

We act as the manufacturer and the exporter, so there is no margin stacked between the factory and your bid.
